With a background in psychology she believes strongly in supporting the mental health of pregnant and postpartum people and that her role as a doula is pivotal in this. She respects the decisions of the birthing and postpartum person and always provides support in a loving, non-judgmental way. She uses her knowledge and experience to help empower her clients and foster informed consent.
Having had a planned VBAC2 (vaginal birth after two cesareans), Kim is especially passionate about supporting birthing people in their decision to choose a vaginal birth after cesarean and navigating all of the decisions, education and support that this requires.
