Hi! And welcome to my AOD profile page. Thank you for stopping by!

I am a proud mother of 3 and doula, and have had the amazing experience of serving families in Toronto and the GTA since 2015. My pronouns are she/her and I am incredibly passionate about the issue of obstetric justice and human rights in birth, as I help families feel powerful and confident in the unique decisions that they are often faced with during their fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys. I focus my support on making sure that each and every one of my clients gets loving, evidence-based and affirming care from not just myself, but anyone involved in the care or support of my clients. As someone who has held certain amounts of privilege both in life, and as a birthing person, I feel especially motivated to use that privilege in order to amplify the voices, experiences and needs of anyone who may not have or may not be able to access the same resources that I have more easily accessed. It is incredibly important to me to listen, learn and find the right people to meet my client’s needs, even if I am not the appropriate person to do so.

It is my convicted belief that every person deserves a positive, supported and safe birth experience that is directed by THEM! We are all just lucky enough to stand witness to each birthing person’s own journey, and I can promise that as your doula, I will work tirelessly to make sure you know that I am here to support your vision and choices and journey. Not to change them to being anything I feel would be “better” or “safer” for you. You know you best, you know your health best, you know your baby best, and your body is NOT a “lemon” or defective. You’ve GOT this!

And I’m here to vigorously cheer you on in every way that I can.
