I believe birth is an immense transformation in the life of a woman & her family, an event to be honoured as personal and sacred.
My focus is to hold space for you to develop your own strengths & internal resources, so that no matter what comes up along your path, you meet the challenge in your power.

We know birth can be painful– but it is also purposeful– and do we remember & believe that women are strong?
I want my work as a birth keeper to be a part of this remembering. We were designed for this.
There’s a lot going on. Even before COVID-19, diving into preparing for childbirth during pregnancy can be overwhelming.
Much of my work involves ways for you to slow down, rest, presence in your body, and truly connect with yourself and what you need given the circumstances.
Crucial skills you will be able to call on in your labour, in your parenting experiences, and any moments of stress & anxiety.
All through pregnancy, I’m there as a tender and caring listening ear.
I will offer you guided mediations, suggestions for connecting with your instinctual nature, plants & flowers, as well as intention setting and finding your labour rhythm.
We pair this old ways stuff alongside tried and true, evidence-based information as you move through whatever is coming up– fully & holistically supported.
I love to work with women who are open to practicing ceremony, who are yearning to honour & respect the fullness of their birth experience through meditation and deep self-care.
