Event submission

Please complete the following application for consideration of any upcoming events to be advertised by the Association of Ontario Doulas.
If your event is approved a $25.00 fee will apply per event.

Included in your event advertising is: Online calendar listing on the AOD website, 1 social media mention per event, and 1 post per event on the AOD closed members Facebook page.

    • The Association of Ontario Doulas will review all applications and approve those which align with their professional goals and membership commitments. Once an event is approved the applicant will be invoiced and will have 5 days to finalize their event advertising fee. Posters, social media images, event links, and other relevant details related to the direct and correct advertising of the applicants event must be sent to the Association of Ontario Doulas within 5 days of approval and payment. If an applicant fails to provide complete details for advertising the $25 fee is non-refundable. The responsibility to ensure payment and advertising details are sent on time is the sole responsibility of the approved event coordinator and advertising applicant. By submitting this form the applicant has read and understood and agrees to the above terms, in relation and accordance with AOD marketing and communications directives.
