I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and I absolutely love working with babies (and their amazing parents), during one of life’s most beautiful, and sometimes challenging, transitions.

My journey into this work started after having an empowered, transformative birth experience with my own child. After that I realized how vulnerable this time can be, and I believe that every parent deserves a calm, empowering, and fully supported birth and postpartum journey—and I’m here to make sure you feel seen, heard, and deeply cared for.

I truly believe in the power of listening, and I’m here to walk beside you, offering guidance, holistic care, and a warm presence as you navigate this beautiful time in your life.

I’m the right doula for you if you’re a little bit crunchy, but you can’t go without your daily Dr. Pepper or the occasional Starbucks either!
