Alyssa Sampson - Postpartum Doula and Lactation Support

Hi, I’m Alyssa.

I grew up on beautiful Vancouver Island, lived for many years in Scarborough, ON, and now call Huron County home – going from Canada’s west coast to Ontario’s west coast!

My journey into doula work began after becoming a mom myself and realizing what a difference compassionate, informed support can make during those early days. I’m a DONA-trained postpartum doula with additional training in breastfeeding support. I’m passionate about helping families feel calm, confident, and cared for as they adjust to life with a new baby.

My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to your family’s needs. Whether that means hands-on help caring for your baby, support with household tasks and meal prep to help you rest, or simply being a calm and reassuring presence in your home, I’m here to help you find your rhythm and feel supported every step of the way.

When I’m not supporting new families, you might find me crocheting something cozy, working out with a friend, or doing battle with my own laundry pile.
